Sarah founded We Thrive to bring compassion, expertise and practical solutions to how businesses address domestic abuse.

A global recruitment specialist with over 30 years of experience and £1.8 million annual billings, Sarah leads the We Thrive’s work to empower survivors back into employment and help employers build trauma-informed, inclusive workplaces.

As a survivor of domestic abuse herself, Sarah passionately supports survivors looking to re-enter the workforce. Sarah champions trauma-informed practices industry-wide, empowering businesses to recruit an untapped pool of resilient talent.
