Sam brings unparalleled lived experience and advocacy expertise to We Thrive’s consultancy work. A trusted advisor to government, law enforcement and financial institutions, Sam helps organisations understand, prevent and respond effectively to domestic and economic abuse in the workplace. Sam’s insight bridges survivor experience with organisational policy, ensuring strategies are both trauma-informed and operationally robust.

Alongside her role at We Thrive, Sam is a member of the Crown Prosecution Service London VAWG Scrutiny Panel and Economic Abuse Advisor to TSB Bank.
