Sam brings unparalleled lived experience and advocacy expertise to We Thrive's consultancy work. A trusted advisor to government, law enforcement, financial institutions and employers, Sam helps organisations understand, prevent and respond effectively to domestic and economic abuse in the workplace. Her insight bridges survivor experience with organisational policy, ensuring strategies are both trauma informed and operationally robust.
Alongside her role at We Thrive, Sam is an Economic Abuse Advisor, an Advisory Council Member for the Employers' Initiative on Domestic Abuse (EIDA), a trusted Critical Friend to police forces, local authorities and education settings, and Patron of Broxtowe Women's Project.
With over 30 years' experience across the cultural and public sectors, Sam is recognised for helping organisations strengthen their approach to safeguarding, leadership and workplace culture through practical, evidence based guidance.
